I like online shopping at 1-800-Flowers.com store as it provides lots of coupons, deals & coupon codes related to flowers, plants & gift baskets....!
The only thing I give 800flowers is its easy to order flowers online, or on the phone. Now that we have there only good thing lets start with last year. Last year I used the phone and called in the order of flowers on Vday. My first thought was that was easy, I left specific instructions that if nobody answered to leave them on the doorstep. Due to the fact my wife was going to be gone for 3 hours that day. But my wife came home and there was a note on the door, saying please come pick up your flowers. I was quite confused as to why I paid someone to stick a note on my door to pick up flowers! I could have done that, so I email them stating what happened and requested my money back that I had to pay for delivery. The only thing I got was a Thank you for contacting us email. Now lets talk about this year. I am in the military, on the other side of the world! and I decide to give this company one more go, I mean my wife did get her flowers last year when she went to pick them up. So I order the flowers online this time. My wife said not to send anything *which everyone knows doesn't mean don't send anything. So I talking to her on the phone until about 930pm. My wife never says anything about flowers, I finally got an email that stated your flowers were delivered. So I bring up the flowers. She never got flowers, nothing was delivered there nothing was on the door, nothing was in the mailbox. its Feb 16th here in Korea (15th) in the states, my wife still never got the flowers. before this point i have emailed 800flowers 2 times because they were to busy to talk on the phone, and all i have gotten to this point was a thank you for contacting us email. nothing else. So I called them, I told them about what happened this year, and last year. The lady I talked to said everything she is suppose to say, I am sorry about this and said hold on let me look at this to see whats going on, she cam back and said well I can resend those flowers, *aww how special they want to send my valentines day flowers on the 15th! thats sweet. Oh Oh, and the best part, she was going to give me a 20% discount on my next order!!!!! She really thinks I'm going to order through 800 flowers again! thats all they could do. So i canceled my order. I'm just going to call the local florist in the US and ask them to deliver some flowers. So one last thanks to the great company of 800 flowers. Now that I think about it, I give you 1/8 of a star for ease of ordering!
